Creative communication

Through its fresh, talented in-house agency, Wise delivers customised creative solutions to meet the Group's communication needs.

1. Design a brand identity for Real, a new wellbeing service for young people aged 16 - 20.

The Wise communication team was tasked with creating a brand personality for Real - the Group's youth services brand. The brief was clear - must resonate with youth and show young people ‘doing their thing'; must be edgy, colourful, fresh, upbeat and youthful; must use real people - not models. A youth advisory group - originally engaged to help develop the service - was asked to also provide feedback on the brand. They remained heavily involved, and provided talent for the photo shoot as work progressed through to completion. The final design includes a bold black stamp-style logo suitable for a range of media, photography that incorporates movement and different angles to convey a range of attitudes, and graphic elements that add colour and personality.

2. Build a united Group by sharing stories, successes and dreams.

With more than 1000 employees, collective knowledge and experience is one of the Wise Group's greatest strengths. In 2010, we launched One magazine, primarily, for employees. With the objective of building a united Group, One is a quarterly publication that tells the Group's stories - from new service developments to celebrating successes and sharing our dreams for the future. One is produced from cover to cover by Wise, and has a distribution of 2000 copies per edition.
