Blueprint
Passion for people and potential
Blueprint for Learning was established in 1999, to meet the demand for the first government level training standard for mental health support workers; The National Certificate in Mental Health Support Work.
Blueprint had to be flexible and responsive; training had to be delivered all over New Zealand and it had to be education that supported real outcomes for people accessing mental health services.
Nothing about this philosophy has changed. These days Blueprint delivers a diverse range of training at all levels, to all kinds of health, mental health and social sector agencies – with the same passion for real outcomes.
Blueprint recognises that there is a valuable pool of specialist knowledge available within the sector. Blueprint subcontracts and co-facilitates with a range of leading training partners to ensure that, through specialist expertise, it provides an exceptional service for its learners.
Members of the Blueprint team are highly regarded mental health professionals with expertise and experience in adult education. A strong passion for learning and an ability to deliver high quality training and education is reflected in all aspects of service.
