Simon Batters

Group manager, Human Resources

Simon began his career in the field of rehabilitation at the Royal New Zealand Foundation for the Blind and ACC before moving into human resources more than 10 years ago. He has since held senior HR management positions in the commercial sector with Veolia, ABB and Ballance Agri-Nutrients.

At the Wise Group, Simon leads an exceptional team which aims to provide a full suite of world-class human resource and related services. Simon has a Bachelor of Business Psychology from Massey University and a postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation. He is also certified to teach people with disabilities.

Simon joined Wise in September 2011.
