Jeanette Tyrrell

Group manager, Communications

Jeanette Tyrrell joined Wise in May 2011 as group communication manager, working across the Wise Group to identify communications opportunities and ensure best-practice delivery across a suite of disciplines.

With an extensive career in the communications industry, Jeanette has worked as a journalist and in a successful consultancy across a range of sectors within the fields of communication, marketing, advertising and brand management. She has also worked in-house as a manager with wide responsibilities, including stakeholder communication and reputation management.

Jeanette has a Bachelor of Social Science degree, a Certificate in Direct Marketing and is accredited in public relations. She is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of New Zealand and has won two national awards for excellence in public relations management.
